Terms of Use

Sports Superfans is meant for fans aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you can use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you and is responsible for your use. The details you give us must be true and your own.

• One account per person. We remove duplicate or fake accounts, with their points.
• You sign in through Google, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for what is done through your Sports Superfans account.
• Tell us at community@sportssuperfans.com if you think someone else has used your account.

The features below are switched on for every account from the day it is created, including accounts opened before 13 October 2026. By accepting these terms you agree to them. Each one says what you can do if you would rather not take part. Where it says to write to us, the address is community@sportssuperfans.com, from your registered email address.

• Fan Persona. We use your answers to the persona questions and your activity to work out your Fan Persona, print it on your passport and suggest tournaments, quizzes and experiences for you.

  To switch it off: This is part of every account and cannot be switched off.

• Public passport. Anyone with the link can open your passport page (sportssuperfans.com/u/your-username), and the stadiums page that goes with it. They never show your email address, mobile number, date of birth or the city you live in.

  To switch it off: This is part of every account and cannot be switched off.

• Community feed. Your boarding passes can appear on our home page, with your name and username on them.

  To switch it off: Switch it off in Settings, Privacy.

• Fan wall. A selfie you take when you check in at an event can appear on the fan photo wall inside Sports Superfans, with your name.

  To switch it off: Check in another way, or switch off the community feed in Settings, Privacy, which keeps you off the wall too.

• Featuring on social media. We can show your boarding pass, your passport and what you post on the Sports Superfans social media pages.

  To switch it off: Write to us and we will not use yours, or will take it down.

• Fan insights. You are counted in combined statistics about our fans, which identify nobody. We use them to improve Sports Superfans, and we can share them with or sell them to leagues, teams and sponsors.

  To switch it off: Write to us and we will leave you out.

• News and offers. We can message you by email, WhatsApp or SMS about new tournaments, contests, prizes and offers from Sports Superfans and its sponsors. We send these ourselves: your details are not given to a sponsor.

  To switch it off: Write to us and we will stop.

We do not sell your personal details, and today we do not give them to any league, team, sponsor or other partner. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who can see it.

• Sports Superfans is free to play. There is no entry fee, deposit or stake of any kind.
• Points, streaks, ranks, badges and Superfan codes have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• The platform is not gambling, betting or an online money game, and must not be used for any of these. Money pools or side bets on our predictions or private leagues are not allowed.

• Predictions must be made inside the prediction window shown for each match. Late or missing predictions score nothing.
• Points follow the scoring rules published on the platform. We can change those rules for future matches or tournaments.
• Results come from official sources and are entered by our team. When we find a mistake we correct it, which can change points and ranks afterwards.
• Our decision on scoring, ranks and winners is final.

• We can offer prizes, gifts or experiences from time to time. Each has its own rules, announced with it.
• Winners must be reachable on their registered contact details and must confirm who they are before a prize is given. Unclaimed prizes lapse after 30 days.
• Prizes cannot be swapped for cash unless that prize’s rules say so. Any tax on a prize is the winner’s responsibility.
• We withhold a prize where we find cheating, a duplicate account or a breach of these terms.

• You own what you post: polls, journals, ratings, comments, photos, creator entries and feedback.
• You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and format what you post, and your passport and boarding passes, on Sports Superfans, on our home page and on our social media, as section 3 and the Privacy Policy describe. You can ask us to take something down at any time, and the licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Only post what you have the right to post. We can remove anything that breaks these terms or the law, at any time.

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to gain points;
• create more than one account or pretend to be someone else;
• harass other fans, hosts or our team;
• copy, scrape or resell platform data or content;
• attack, overload or try to break into the platform;
• post anything that is obscene, hateful, defamatory, harassing, harmful to children, misleading, an invasion of someone’s privacy, an infringement of someone’s rights, a threat to public order or the security of India, or against any law.

To report content or a user, write to community@sportssuperfans.com. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act within 15 days.

• Events listed on the platform are run by hosts who are independent of us, unless the event says otherwise. The host is responsible for the event, the venue and what happens there.
• A booking can need the host’s approval, and hosts can change or cancel an event.
• You attend at your own risk and must follow venue rules and the law. For an event at a stadium, you buy your own match ticket unless the event says otherwise.
• Check-in can use a QR pass, a code, your location or a selfie, as the event says. You can ask the host to check you in by hand instead.
• When you book an event, its host can see your email address and mobile number so they can reach you about it (see the Privacy Policy).
• Hosts must use what they see about their guests, including a guest list they download, only to run that event: never to market to guests, add them to other lists, or pass their details on.

• The platform, its design, software, text, quizzes and the Sports Superfans name and logos belong to us. You can use them only to use the platform personally.
• Sports Superfans is an independent fan platform. Unless we say so for a specific tournament, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any league, team, federation or player.
• Team, league and player names are used only to identify the matches and people being predicted. All rights in them belong to their owners.

Sports Superfans is in a pilot stage. Features, tournaments, scoring and points totals can change, pause or reset, and the platform can be unavailable at times. We provide it "as is", without promising that it will be error-free or always available. Fixtures, statistics and quiz content are for entertainment and can contain mistakes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost points or ranks, or for the acts of other users, hosts or partners, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to Rs 1,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account, remove content or cancel points if these terms are broken, or to protect the platform or other fans.

We post each new version here with a new number and date. When a change is important, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you open Sports Superfans. For small corrections, continuing to use Sports Superfans means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to community@sportssuperfans.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.
